These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of Memory Trail – a personal collage on canvas created from your own selected materials and memories. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Product description and price
- A unique collage created based on materials you brought or sent (e.g. photographs, texts, illustrations or other memories).
- The work is created exclusively by Baryhl Art and is based on artistic freedom, interpretation and composition of the materials.
- The collage is made on canvas in the following standard sizes:
- 50×60 cm – 5,500 kr.
- 70×100 cm – 8,500 kr.
2. Order and payment
- Payment is made in advance and confirms your order.
- After payment is received, work will begin on your personal work.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer or MobilePay.
- When ordering, you will receive a confirmation via email.
3. Delivery time and pickup/shipment
- Delivery time is usually 4–8 weeks from confirmed order, depending on the scope of the task.
- The work can be picked up by appointment or sent by shipping company (DAO/GLS).
- If the packaging is visibly damaged upon receipt, you must refuse the package and contact Baryhl Art immediately. If you receive a damaged package without a complaint, the responsibility passes to you as the customer.
4. No returns on personalized products
- The work is a custom-made product created from your own materials and Baryhl Art's artistic process. Therefore, there is no right of return.
5. Expectation alignment
- Since the collages are based on a free artistic process, the result cannot be predetermined or adjusted along the way.
- The work is unique, subjective, and cannot be altered to match specific expectations.
- By ordering, you accept that the expression and composition are the artist's responsibility.
6. Privacy Policy
Baryhl Art only stores your personal data that is necessary for the processing of your order. All information is treated confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
7. Intellectual property rights
The work is unique and copyrighted. As a customer, you gain ownership of the work itself, but not the right to copy, reproduce or use the work commercially without agreement with Baryhl Art.
8. Customer responsibility and acceptance of the nature of the product
By purchasing, you accept that the work is created based on Baryhl Art's artistic freedom and will not necessarily reflect your own expectations.
